We need all our people to be thinking about how they can develop their personal management and leadership skills. As a result of the predicted changes that are likely to occur in the future, there is currently a need to provide some good in house leadership and management training, so that we will be better equipped to achieve our stated aims for 2017 and beyond.

Apprentice is a beginner; a learner. One who is learning a trade or occupation, especially as a member. A person who is learning a trade from a skilled employer, having agreed to work for a fixed period at low wages. An apprentice is a person who works for an employer and gains the necessary skills, knowledge and attitude to become qualified in their chosen occupation.
