The purpose of the training is to initiate a process of rapid improvement by means of achieving a shared understanding of the correct leadership and management methods that we need to employ, if we are to achieve our stated goals.

Apprentice is a beginner; a learner. One who is learning a trade or occupation, especially as a member. A person who is learning a trade from a skilled employer, having agreed to work for a fixed period at low wages. An apprentice is a person who works for an employer and gains the necessary skills, knowledge and attitude to become qualified in their chosen occupation.
